A safe place to encounter God
What to Expect![]() We're Glad You're Coming! We know how scary it can be to visit a church for the very first time. With that in mind, we want to make your first visit as comfortable as possible.
When you arrive find the Visitor Parking up front. There are signs that designate visitor parking.
If you have children...If you have babies, come through the front doors and to your right to find our nursery waiting on you. There is a short form to fill out with information we need to have to care for your child.
If you have children 4 years to 5th grade they can be checked in at our outside door on the porch to the left of the front doors. These doors do not appear on the picture above but trust me they are there. We check the children in with a signature from a parent and they must be picked up by the same parent which has to sign them out. No child leaves our children's area without the parent signing them out.
All of our children's workers and nursery workers have been background checked and we have policies in place that do not allow them to be alone with a child at any time.
What to expect from our church servicePlease don't feel like you have to dress up to come to church. We are casual and modern in our worship style with upbeat music with a distinct Christian message. Our praise band will lead us in worship with words displayed on a large screen to help you follow along. Our worship is meant to heal the heart and guide us into a place where we can hear from God. Don't be afraid to clap or lift your hands in worship.
Our teaching is very practical and biblical. You'll be taught right from the bible with humor and life application. Our pastor believes in giving you truth that can be lived out on Monday morning not just another bible story to be committed to memory. He will not dazzle you with deep theological terminology but will hopefully lead you into a relationship with Christ that is real and personal.
The invitation to accept Christ or commit your life back to Him is given at the end of the sermon. We do provide a place for prayer at the cross at the front of our sancturary. You are welcome to come and pray at any time during the service. If you are uncomfortable coming up front to pray then we encourage you to pray right where you are. We are not concerned where you do business with God but that you do business with God. You are welcome here! No matter what! |
